JOSE ACOSTA

José Acosta holds a Master of Fine Arts from the New York Academy of Art and is a recipient of the Edward Fenno Hoffman Award from the National Sculpture Society. While living in New York, he worked for Jeff Koons as the lead sculptor on a large-scale project. Additionally, he executed reproduction of Constantin Brancusi’s “A Muse” for the Solomon Guggenheim Museum. Exhibitions to date include Intercultural Resource Center at Columbia University; Austin-Bergstrom International Airport; 3M Austin; Mexic-Arte Museum; and Mexican American Cultural Center.
